How to Do a data Transfer on a Mac:
Use Firewire Target Mode:
-connect the two Macs with a firewire cable.
-boot up old Mac holding the “T” key.
On new Mac, access old Mac’s hard drive and drag files to a new folder on the new Mac.
-transfer user folders
-transfer applications?
